libdisplay-info-compat (EDID and DisplayID library)

Provides a set of high-level, easy-to-use, opinionated functions as
well as low-level functions to access detailed information, with
simplicity and correctness prioritized over performance and resource
usage. Well-tested and fuzzed.

This is a v0.3.0 solib compat package for Rust projects.
