- bug fixed: ships sometimes were placed on islands,

- added possibility to change game speed - setting  ~33 or 50 FPS,
- better collisions -> per-pixel, and possibility of changing it to simple collisions,

- speed-up functions searching for first free element in tables - by adding last_checked_index,
- smaller area - width for spawning enemies, enemies will not spawn at borders,
- stronger enemies, weaker player aircraft -> more damage when hit with enemy,

- code responding for enemy spawning moved to other part -> more enemies can be spawned,
