Blurb::
log2 of the maximum number of points in the lattice

Description::
Use this option to set the maximum number of points that this lattice rule can generate.
The total number of points that can be generated will be ``2^m_max``.
This keyword must be specified when using the :dakkw:`method-sampling-sample_type-low_discrepancy-rank_1_lattice-generating_vector-inline` or :dakkw:`method-sampling-sample_type-low_discrepancy-rank_1_lattice-generating_vector-file` options to specify a generating vector.
It cannot be specified when a :dakkw:`method-sampling-sample_type-low_discrepancy-rank_1_lattice-generating_vector-predefined` generating vector is chosen.
