Perl only builds on real ARM hardware; it fails the NNTP check
under QEMU.  I got a patch from Debian which fixed this, and
then I ran into a problem with another component -- it's just easier
to build on real ARM hardware.

Rebuild these packages because they contain Perl libraries:
