Kubication
^^^^^^^^^^

Kubication is a KDE arbitraty ubication selector. It lets you define
profiles (called ubications ) and define network settings according
the profile. Then you can change the network settings with a click.
It's very usefull for laptop owners, who change their network
settings frecuently.

Current features:
*Configure an interface to use wireless settings (essid, mode, channel, auth)
*Configure an interface with ip, netmask, gateway and dns server
  *Configure an interface using dhcp.
*Support for dhcpcd, dhclient and pump.
*Define a smtp for the ubication (taken from the kmail configuration)
  *Bring down other interfaces
*Systray support. It's possible to select ubications from the systray menu.
*Select a proxy for the ubication.

0.0.1 Release (First public release )

Features:
*Configure an interface to use wireless settings (essid, mode, channel, auth)
*Configure an interface with ip, netmask, gateway and dns server
  *Configure an interface using dhcp.
*Support for dhcpcd, dhclient and pump.
*Define a smtp for the ubication (taken from the kmail configuration)
  *Bring down other interfaces

Known issues:
*If kmail is running when the smtp is changed, you'll need to restart
kmail in order to use the defined smtp.
*Sometimes, Kubication may ask root's password more than necesary.

Observations:
*I haven't any wireless card with wireless extensions support, so
I can't test it. It should work, but I can't confirm it.
