What's new in Slint64-14.2.1.2

Highlights:
An enhanced installer that handles hardware synthesizers, probes your
sound cards to find one that works and record it, provides speech for
language written in non-latin characters, boot using either syslinux or
grub, installs the grub bootloader instead or lilo or elilo, register
the partitions to mount by UUID so you can safely move your devices, can
auto-partition a device dedicated to Slint.
A kernel 4.19.30 able to handle the most recent hardware.
Many new applications, mostly usable on a console.
Now all voices usable with Orca in grahical environments like MATE
can also be used in console mode with speechd-up.
The spd-list custom utility allows to easily manage the TTS, voices and
languages.
The switch-on and switch-off custom utilities allow to safely enable or
disable emacspeak, espeakup, orca, spechd-el and speehchd-up.
All accessibility software have been upgraded, most to their most
recent version.
The MATE desktop provides a better accessibility, also enhanced for
users with a low vision especially when using the Compiz window manager.
Navigation between the various components of the desktop is enhanced.
