To deblob the iso, we took the stock isolinux/, kernels/, and EFI/ as
a starting point and made the necessary changes.

- The kernel image & the system map were replaced by free versions
- inside initrd.img, kernel modules were replaced by free versions

regard to repackaging initrd.img.
