Creates a new project file for a child of directory.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.

A GFileInfo.

The data is owned by the caller of the function.

Return value

Type: IdeProjectFile

An IdeProjectFile.

The caller of the function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
