ktts: It can announce messages (including  saying the senders name), read

ktts: contacts name). It is also highly configurable: global settings can
ktts: be overridden on  a  per  contact basis, each  contacts name can be
ktts: overridden internally to set it to something properly pronounced by
ktts: the subsystem. A properly set up KTTS subsystem is required.
