TO DO

* More tests, especially alternate installation media (/usr/lib/setup/INS*)
  and pxe
* Follow up allowing UTF-8 encoding of *.txt files in syslinux
* Till then, use Anton Zinoviev's bdf2psf script in Debian's console-setup 
  package to build  a PSF font including only the glyphs fonts we'll need in
  /isolinux/f3.txt to accomodate included locales
* Better adjust dialog boxes dimensions
* Enhance check_extract function in ./scripts/toolbox.sh to avoid false
  positives (maketag/{a,d}/[.ez] and pkgtool.sh)
