lite is installed in Slint with all voices for flite available in:
/usr/share/flite/voices enabled.

However these voices are not shipped in this package, you will need
to install some installing packages flite_voices-<voice name> to be
able to use these voices with Orca setting the flite-generic synthesizer. 

You can also use flite directly, type flite --help to know more.
