Localized admin scripts and associated man pages.

pkgtools includes following localized scripts and man pages:
  explodepkg, installpkg, makepkg, pkgtool, removepkg, upgradepkg

slackpkg includes following localized man pages:
  slackpkg, slackpkg.conf

At time of writing, these packages are translated in following languages:

All these man pages are encoded in UTF-8.

The command "locale -a" lists all available locales.

The names of most UTF-8 encoded locales ends in .utf8 but there are
exceptions.

To check, type:
   LANG=<your locale> locale -k charmap.

For intance, "LANG=fa_IR locale -k charmap" gives:
