for now:

listamsb:
- don't display the colon before a ! or ' comment that appears
  as the 2nd or later statement on a line.
- actually exit with status 2 if there were uknown tokens.

fauxtari:
- Figure out why fauxtari doesn't show up in font-selections
  dialogs in xfc4-terminal, gnome-terminal; also it doesn't
  show up in "kitty +list-fonts" output.

listbas:
- A+/BXL/BXE indentation needs work (BXE seems OK).

These may need library (xex.c) changes:
xexcat: handle run/init addresses embedded in a segment longer than
  2 bytes. Implemented in library, but not used by xexcat yet.
xexcat: warn if an an init address occurs before the code it
  references. or at least if it occurs before *any* code! (partially
  implemented; warn if segment 1 has init address).


later:
- add cassio?
- file magic? (finish it, see if file upstream wants it)
- new tool: a8grep. knows about xex files (but works on others), can
  search for screen codes or inverse video, etc. also a8strings.
