Urchlay's surfraw elvi. Mostly Slackware-related.

These were written for & tested with surfraw-2.3.0.

Installation: copy the elvi (the executable files) to
~/.config/surfraw/elvi, or /usr/share/surfraw, or actually any location
on your $PATH if you prefer.

Usage: each elvi supports surfraw's -local-help option, which will hopefully
tell you everything you need to know.
