Use 'make install' to install soxdial.

You can set these variables on the make command line to control the
install paths:

DESTDIR (default: "")
PREFIX (default: /usr)
BINDIR (default: $PREFIX/bin)
MANDIR (default: $PREFIX/share/man)
DOCDIR (default: $PREFIX/share/doc/soxdial)
